IMPORTANT

• Choose the wrist where you are going to wear your bracelet. Size may vary from one wrist to another. 
• When adjusting it, stretch naturally, until you have full contact with your wrist, but NOT TOO TIGHT.

Using a rope, ribbon or piece of paper

Cut the paper about: 25 cm (9.8in) long by 2cm (0.78in) wide.

1.  Wrap the string around the base of your wrist,

         where the bone protrudes.

   2.   Mark the string, with a pen, right where the circle closes.

   3.   Measure the exact length using a ruler
