At MIKIMURA, we only use  Natural Diamonds, "Collection Quality" of EXCEPTIONAL grades. Characterized by their Excellent quality of Color, Proportions, Symmetry & Polishing properties.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

We support and follow the principles for transparency stipulated by the (KIMBERLEY PROCESS CERTIFICATION) and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties.

All our diamond suppliers, are required to refrain from buying or selling conflict diamonds. Maintaining sustainable and ethical practices and respecting human rights legislation. Checking environmental, social and labor conditions.

Responsible sourcing in our diamond supply chain, means supporting human rights, fair labor and environmental conservation.

FOUNDATION

The Kimberley Process (KP)

We support the Kimberley Process, initiated in 2000 by the UN, diamond-producing states, the diamond industry and some NGOs. Their goal: to ensure that no rough diamond that reaches the global market is a "blood diamond." As of September 2007, the Kimberley process has 54 participants representing 81 countries.

The Kimberley Process established a certification system that came into force on January 1st, 2003. Rough diamonds must be exported in sealed containers, with certificates of origin issued by authorities.
